B-boy Leony Wins Red Bull BC One Brazil Cypher For Third Time

Red Bull BC One Is One Step Closer To Finding The World’s Greatest B-Boy

B-boy Leony (Leony Pinheiro) just won the Red Bull BC One Brazil Cypher championship – and it’s a three-peat for this 21-year-old

Leon bested his main rival B-boy Snoopy, also age 21, to move one step closer to the international title. Sixteen finalists – some of the greatest b-boys in the world today – will compete in the 14th Red Bull BC One World Championships in Amsterdam on November 4.

Leony will face BC One hopefuls including Smoke from Nigeria, Phil Wizard from Los Angeles, and Zip Rock of Russia, who will have gone head-to-head in more than 35 qualifying cyphers and six camps to determine who’ll make the Amsterdam cut.

Four more cyphers remain before the Finals – Japan (August 6), Holland (August 6), Ukraine (August 23) and Chicago (August 26).
