Forget bring your daughter to work day, it's time for dads to try out ballet!
Dancing dads are all the rage nowadays, after a dance studio in Philadelphia went viral for its epic father-daughter Nutcracker class.
But they're not the only ones who performed a Papa pas de deux.
Encore Dance Academy in Bear, Delaware got in on the action and dedicated an entire week in the studio for "Bring Your Daddy To Dance Class."
For the studio's first annual daddy dance week, some dads went all out.
"Our daddies are very actively involved in the studio helping with anything they can" Encore Dance Academy owner Lauren Robbins told Dance.com. "We thought it would be a fun way to shake up the second half of the year."
All ages were invited to participate in the week full of daddy and daughter-themed dances, fun progressions and ballet barre.
"The dads had a blast and were good sports trying anything thrown their way while their little girls giggles and smiles lit up the room," Robbins said.
And since the studio had such a great turnout — and even some pretty good turnout skills from the dads — Robbins said she plans on making it a new tradition at the studio, now in it's eighth year.
"Any chance we have to make happy memories for our dancers and families we will jump on," she said. "And this has been one of our best ones yet."
